RULER blends a life simulation with empire building. You begin with an ordinary life, and every decision about work, relationships, allies and rivals moves you closer to power or further from it.
As your influence grows, the game opens up into strategy: claim territory, recruit characters and shape the world around you. Everything is wrapped in a bold, anime-inspired art style made for players who enjoy long-term progression.
